What this screen shows

Planned, committed and paid are three different columns, and paid is not called spent.
Categories with nothing recorded say not recorded, not 0.00.
An invoice with no contract is shown as such, not hidden.

Why it works this way

A report opened next week, detached from the screen, must still say what it cannot say. So the reason is written into the export itself.
