Who we are
projectsmanager.ai (also reachable at projectsmanager.app and projectsmanager.org) is operated by its founding team. The contracting legal entity and its registered address are named in every client agreement and are available on request from privacy@projectsmanager.ai.
This website
- The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- It loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. Its own small scripts run the tabs, the form and the demo.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attack.
- If you email us or use the demo request form, we use what you send only to reply and to arrange a demo. Form requests are stored in our Cloudflare account and emailed to our team. We keep them for up to 24 months unless they become part of a contract.
- The live demo runs in your browser. What you enter there stays in your browser and is not sent to us. We count anonymous events (for example "demo opened") per day, with no identifier attached to you.
The service
When a programme uses projectsmanager.ai, the client organisation decides what data is entered and why. It is the data controller; we process that data on its instructions, under a data processing agreement signed with each client.
The service holds user account details (name, work email, role, implementing unit), sign-in and audit records, and the programme records the client enters.

The current list for a given deployment is set out in that client's data processing agreement. We notify clients before adding a provider.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. For data inside a client's programme, we pass your request to that client and help them respond. Write to privacy@projectsmanager.ai.
