Why don't you publish a figure?
The price depends on programme size, the number of implementing units, and whether hosting is in-country. We send a written quotation within two working days of a demo.
Is AI usage capped or charged separately?
No. AI assistants are included in the licence under a fair-use policy written into the contract, so there is nothing to meter or forecast.
Can the licence run for the life of the programme?
Yes. Multi-year terms can be aligned with your programme's closing date.
Are donor and ministry viewers charged?
No. Read-only users are included, as are all implementing-unit users.
What if we stop?
You receive a full export of your records and audit trail, and we delete the deployment and confirm in writing.
