What this screen shows
- A reading is designed to show who recorded it and from what source.
- An indicator with no baseline and no reading is a gap, never a zero. Today that is an empty value, with no named gap state yet.
- The variance against the appraisal's assumption is designed to sit beside the chart.
Why it works this way
A blank is not zero. The entry form says so, and leaving a field blank records nothing.
What exists today
Results indicators and achievement are in the product. Who recorded a reading is not stored yet, and the reading chart and form shown here are still being built.
