Work with us on the programmes you already support

Firms that support project units know their problems first-hand. Our partner programme is for consultancies, IT integrators and training providers who want to offer clients a programme management system that traces every number to its source.

Who it is for

Three kinds of partner

PMU-support and fiduciary consultancies

Firms holding contracts for financial management, procurement or M&E support to project units, or for fiduciary agent roles. You can use the product to make your own work traceable and leave a working system behind when the contract ends.

IT integrators

Firms that deploy and support systems for ministries and agencies, including in-country or client-hosted installations, and integrations with government financial systems.

Training providers

Organisations that train PMU staff in financial management, procurement and results reporting, who want a realistic system to teach on. Trainees can practise on fictional data: building a work plan, liquidating an advance, and tracing an interim financial report line down to its payments.

What partners get

What we offer

A demo environment

Your own environment with fictional data that you can configure for a client's financier, currency, country and procurement framework.

Referral or reseller terms

Commercial terms are discussed with each partner individually, depending on the role you take in selling, deploying and supporting.

Product briefings

Walkthroughs of what is shipped, what is in development and when, so you never promise a client something that does not exist yet.

Procurement documents

Our procurement pack for clients who must buy through a formal process.

Direct contact with the product team

A route for client feedback and requirements from the field. Partners see the problems first, and what they report shapes what we build next and in what order.

Templates and guides

Free IFR and work plan templates and the COSTAB guide, usable in your own training and advisory work.

What we ask

Our expectations of partners

The product's value rests on accuracy, so we ask partners to hold to the same standard in how they sell and support it.

  1. Describe the product accurately

Say what is shipped and what is in development. Do not imply that any financier endorses or requires the product; none does.

  2. Respect client procurement rules

Where a client buys through a donor-financed procurement, follow the applicable rules and declare any conflict of interest, particularly where you also hold a fiduciary or advisory contract with that client.

  3. Protect client data

Follow the data handling and access terms agreed with each client, including the agreed hosting region.

  4. Learn the product

Complete a product briefing before presenting it to clients, so the method behind it is explained correctly. See how we trace every number.

Partnerships are agreed case by case. Neither side describes the other as a partner in public until terms are agreed in writing.
