What this screen shows
- Totals count advances whose return is unrecorded separately, so unknown is never counted as zero. Showing that on every row is a design.
- Past due date counts the due date, not a different rule.
- The thirteen steps are designed to record their date and who moved them.
Why it works this way
The process and the money are separate records, linked. The tracker shows where a request stands without inventing an amount.
What exists today
Advances and a reconciliation total are in the product. Withdrawal applications do not exist as a record yet; the thirteen steps are tracked today for each activity, on the pipeline page.
