Next release This sector's pack (words, templates and standard indicators) is built for the next release. Today's live product uses the general words in each sector; the modules below carry their own labels.
Finance and insurance: words, templates and indicators
Free in every plan. Next release Built and tested on the release branch, not in the live product yet. It reaches the live product with the next release.
The sector's words
The product says these instead of the general words, everywhere in the workspace.
| General word | In finance and insurance |
|---|---|
| Beneficiary | Client |
| Request | Application |
| Recurring operation | Reconciliation run |
Standard indicators, with their codes
| Code | Indicator | Standard |
|---|---|---|
IRIS PI4060 | Client Individuals: Total | IRIS+ metrics (core subset) |
Definitions are copied from each published standard and pinned to its version; each one names its source in the product. A template adds an indicator with no baseline and no target.
Starter templates
A template brings tasks, milestones, risks and indicators with no figures in them: no amount, no baseline, no target.
Branch and agent network roll-out
Agents recruited, trained and opened, each opening check recorded.
4 tasks · 2 milestones · 2 risks
- Agent points open and active agent points
Credit line through partner lenders
Loans approved and disbursed by partner lenders, each eligibility check recorded.
4 tasks · 2 milestones · 2 risks · form: Eligibility check
IRIS PI4060Client Individuals: Total people
Core banking system change
A core system replaced with every balance reconciled before go-live.
5 tasks · 2 milestones · 2 risks
- Accounts reconciled percent of accounts
Site types
The places a project works at, each with its own fields. The same five types for each sector; a road section is measured by chainage.
- School
- Health facility
- Water point
- Road section

The modules that matter most in finance and insurance
Our suggestion, not a limit: any module can be used in any sector. Each label says what runs in the live product today. Labels checked on 14 October 2026 against the live product (the build of 8 October 2026) and the release branch.

Partly live
Results & M&E
Indicators, targets, values with a second-person check, and data quality rules.

AI & Platform
The assistant, delay insights and spreadsheet sync.
Delay insights and a spreadsheet sync from one fixed layout run today. The assistant is in the product but cannot answer yet: production is not connected to a language model, so it declines each question and says why.
List price $40 a month
Included in every plan: Core Partly live Projects, activities, approval steps, risks, the audit log and the Project Book run today. Organisation structure, meetings, blockers, stage gates, lessons and the timeline are built for the next release. And the sector pack Next release.
Prices are list prices per workspace, as decided on 2026-10-12. They apply once modules can be added one by one, which comes with the next release; today the product is offered per programme, on quotation (see Pricing). A module that is not in the live product is not sold yet.
A microfinance institution opens three branches
A fictional microfinance institution, Ridgeway Savings, opens three rural branches and reports how many clients it reaches.
-
Partly live Planning & Schedule
Each branch opening is a set of activities with its approval steps. Activities run today. The annual work plan is worked out by the engine but has no screen yet; its screen is built for the next release.
-
Next release Sector pack
Clients reached comes from the pack with its IRIS+ code PI4060, and each customer is called a Client.
-
Next release Portfolio & Dashboards
The three branches are read together as one programme, branch by branch, with no single score.
| Branch | Target | Reported |
|---|---|---|
| Hillside | 1,200 | 1,050 |
| Lakeside | 900 | 940 |
| Crossroads | 800 | — |
Fictional organisation, places and figures. Each step carries the label of the module it uses. A step labelled Next release, In development or Planned describes the design, not today's product; a step labelled Partly live uses only the part that runs today.
