What this screen shows
- Procurable can be procurable, not procurable, or not assessed, and not assessed is its own state.
- A dependency that would form a loop is refused before it is stored.
- When a dependency is at risk, the agent proposes a risk, and a person decides whether it counts.
Why it works this way
Procurable is never inferred from whether a procurement row happens to exist. An activity can need procurement and simply not have started it.
What exists today
Classification and dependencies work in the engine, read one activity at a time. There is no project-wide list yet, and the screen shown here is still being built.
