What this screen shows
- A line's state is read from the bids, evaluation and award that exist, never typed by hand.
- Each bid stores one score, a rank and a stated reason, entered by a named person. The weighted scores drawn here are a design.
- A warning that an award rests on an unconfirmed plan line is designed, and is not yet computed.
Why it works this way
A procurement status that someone sets by hand can drift from what actually happened. Here the status is derived, so it cannot.
What exists today
The list of procurement plan lines is in the product. Bids, evaluation and award run in the engine; their screen is still being built.
