What this screen shows

Each line carries its financing source and where it was entered: typed, or which spreadsheet row.
Lines are compared with a separately stated financing plan. A shortfall is refused and named, not rounded off.
An upload preview writes nothing until you commit, and one refused row refuses the whole file.

Why it works this way

A cost table that looks complete and is not is worse than an empty one. So the platform refuses a partial import and refuses to residualise a difference to make a total add up.
