What this screen shows
- A locked account says when it unlocks.
- Access is granted to a node in the hierarchy, not to the whole system.
- A locked account tells you what will happen next instead of leaving you guessing.
Why it works this way
The same platform shows a field officer one activity and a minister a whole ministry. The sign-in page says so.
